The Oregon TECH dental hygiene school has great rates and fantastic facilities.

 It is a learning environment, so expect things to take a while, (three hour appointments, and probably three appointments to get your teeth clean) but if you have more time than money, it is a great resource.

And Dr. Young works there once a week doing exams, supervising the students and giving an occasional lecture.

Patient: "No, it couldn't be. I don't play with it... anymore."
